My policy is to provide you with the creation you desire, as long as it is still available, once I have received the returned item. All shipping costs and any price difference will be covered by you. 2. You sent me the wrong item, what should I do????

Important considerations: Include your authorization code in your return package. You will receive a Return Authorization Code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order. Return all the original packaging. You may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material. Address your package. | Shipping Certified/Registered Post All packages are given a tracking number by the Greek National Post Office. Please be aware that delivery services may vary according to your postal service. Serendipity's Creations ships creations to all locations within the European Union as well as most international locations. All creations are shipped via the registered national postal service. Serendipity's Creations charges a flat rate of $5 (US Dollars) per order for processing, packaging and registering your purchase for international tracking. This fee is labeled as "tax" in your cart checkout pages. This is NOT a sales tax charge, SC will pay all Greek national sales tax (19%) on your behalf. Serendipity's Creations is not responsible for any delays in delivery by your local postal service. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Your order will arrive via registered mail and will require a signature for delivery to be completed. If custom duties or other fees are applicable, they are collected at the time you accept delivery of your parcel. They are not included in your purchase price.
